EMU8086 is the assembler to use - because you need to generate a .BIN file - use the template of program - as this is the format to generate BIN file - this program (asm) is for the Proteus design model above

Some Important Tips while using EMU8086
- To use emu8086 juts click on the executable – go to files – open and select wsm.asm (made available at the link download asm file)– make sure your storing this file in MySource folder –use it as a template –everything else in emu8086 is self explanatory
