This course provides a broad overview of mental wellness. The course content includes defining mental wellness and understanding the different aspects of mental wellness. Mental wellness is well-explained in this module through intensive course content and informative videos. Along with understanding mental wellness, this course also describes how to cope with poor mental wellness by highlighting several coping techniques.

Stress management and emotional regulation are also well-explained in this training.

There are no prerequisites for this course. No prior knowledge or experience is required to take this course.
