About This Course
Welcome to our course focusing on your professional development!
Throughout this course, you will learn how to critically assess your own experiences through self-reflection, recognize and engage in feedback processes, and develop the skills needed to manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The course encompasses three modules, structured according to three main themes, each addressing a specific question to help you complete your puzzle:
- Self-reflection: What type of engineer am I now?
- Feedback literacy: What do people around me think?
- Self-regulation: What type of engineer would I like to become?
Throughout the modules, you will engage in reflective exercises. These exercises are the core building blocks of your own portfolio. This portfolio serves as the primary learning outcome and can be a valuable tool during a performance review.
